Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring effective implementation of property/leasing policies and procedures. Addresses all leasing activities and concerns properly and successfully.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
With extensive working experience specializing in Leasing/Property Management and Business Development in the same capacity
Possesses excellent leadership skills
Dynamic; People Oriented and Highly Analytical
