TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICERS

Responsibilities:
 

• Responsible for the conduct and sustainability of most effective training programs designed to attain the maximum potential of organization's human resources.

Requirements:
 

• Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related course from reputable university
• With at least two (2) to three (3) years experience in the same capacity, preferably from a retail or food industry
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
• With very good presentation ability, dynamic and results-oriented
