TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS

Responsibilities:

• Successful candidate will spearhead the Training Team  in identifying and analyzing organizational, departmental and individual's training needs. Responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating training programs that will address training and development needs effectively.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possesses at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Education/Teaching/Training, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
• With at least three (3) to five (5) years work experience in the same capacity
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Possesses strong leadership ability
• Analytical; Pro-active; Goal-oriented
