- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Industrial Engineering
- Preferably with extensive related work experience from a manufacturing firm in a managerial capacity
- Primary responsibilities include developing and executing management strategies for merchandising division
- He or she will also lead the group in data gathering and analysis, time and motion study and business process improvements
