Committed to the enhancement of education, Luis Co Chi Kiat Foundation, Inc. (LCCKFI) signed an agreement with various State and Local Colleges and Universities (SUCs/LUCs) to provide college scholarships to financially disadvantaged but academically deserving students for school year 2013-2014.

The foundation’s college scholarship program targets incoming first year college students who are financially incapable to continue studies on their own, obtained a general average of 85% in fourth year high school and proved to be of good moral character.
Currently, LCCKFI has awarded over 500 grants, with 130 grants awarded at the beginning of school year 2013-2014.
Two of LCCKFI’s partner schools, University of Makati and Bulacan State University, recognized the foundation as one of their scholarship benefactors during their University activities on July 23 and December 4, 2013 respectively.
Indeed, collaborating with these institutions enables LCCKFI to extend educational assistance to areas where help is mostly needed. This step is a reaffirmation of the foundation’s vision and mission to serve society and contribute to nation building.
